Annotated drawings
PDF or image background, polygon zones, inspection points, equipment; zoom, pan, orthogonal constraints and snapping, sub-zones per level.
Asset management · Field inspection · Capital plan
STONOS follows your buildings, tanks, equipment and facilities from the field survey to the capital plan: annotated drawings, photos and 360° views, condition ratings, costed recommendations and ten-year projections — with or without a network.
Assets to prioritize
Synced| Asset | Rating | Criticality | Priority |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tank T-02 East plant | D | Critical | |
| Roof — block B Head office | C | High | |
| Standby generator Warehouse 3 | C | Medium | |
| Parking slab Head office | B | Low |
§ 01 What gets expensive
Three ordinary situations. In all three, the question that matters is: did we have the information to act earlier?
01
Deferred repairs pile up with nobody keeping the total. STONOS computes it per asset and per site, and projects it over time.
02
Photos on a phone, notes on a paper drawing, a Word report from three years ago. Here the field survey lives with the drawing, the media and the rating — in one place, dated.
03
When the budget is tight, you have to choose. The condition × criticality matrix and costed recommendations give an order of priority everyone can defend.
§ 02 How it works
Each step feeds the next: the survey becomes a rating, the rating becomes a priority, the priority becomes a line in the capital plan.
01
Your sites, their PDF or image drawings, the zones annotated on them and the assets they represent — classified by family (roofing, structure, mechanical, tank…).
02
In the field, with or without a network: polygons and points on the drawing, photos and videos from the camera, 360° views, attachments, comments and tasks. A checklist guides the assessment by asset class.
03
A dated condition rating, an explicit criticality: the 5 × 5 matrix places every asset. History and trend show whether condition is degrading faster than expected.
04
Costed recommendations tracked over eight statuses, grouped into budgeted projects. 1, 5 and 10-year projections and the maintenance backlog make up the capital plan — as PDF, CSV or on the web portal.
§ 03 What STONOS does for you
The functions that actually matter: in the field in the morning, in the dashboard in the afternoon, in front of the board at year end.
PDF or image background, polygon zones, inspection points, equipment; zoom, pan, orthogonal constraints and snapping, sub-zones per level.
Direct camera capture, attachments, built-in 360° viewer with a favourite for the sheets — all attached to the zone and the asset.
Dated rating per asset, criticality, computed priority; prioritized portfolio list and interactive matrix.
Assessing a roof doesn’t ask the same questions as assessing a tank: the checklist follows the asset class.
Eight statuses, estimated and actual cost, target year, assignment; linked to a project or a zone on the drawing.
1, 5 and 10-year totals, backlog per site, Portfolio page; PDF export of the capital plan.
Projects and sub-projects with budget, assigned tasks and to-do lists, overruns flagged; a global schedule per person.
Inspection sheets with a drawing capture and favourite photos, inspection point summary, CSV exports ready for Excel or your BI tool.
Administrator, inspector, reader; access restricted per site; a log of every change and a recycle bin for restores.
§ 04 Capital plan
Every recommendation carries a year, an estimated cost and a status. STONOS totals them per site, class and year, compares them to project budgets, flags overruns and projects the maintenance backlog. The same plan reads as PDF, exports to CSV or is consulted read-only on the web portal by managers who don’t inspect.

§ 05 Offline first
The inspector’s device carries a full copy of their sites: drawings, zones, assets, media. Everything entered on site is kept locally, then synchronized with the server on return — no conflicts, no duplicates, nothing lost.
Annotate, photograph, rate, comment: every operation is local. No spinner, no “try again later”, no survey lost in the basement.
Every change is queued and sent exactly once, in order. Several inspectors on the same site end up in sync without overwriting each other’s work.
The synchronization server installs on your equipment or is hosted for you by SIIO, your choice. Large media transfers in batches, when the connection allows.
§ 06 From survey to budget
The photo taken on the roof and the budget line voted three years later are the same record, enriched at every step. That is what makes the capital plan credible: any amount can be traced back to the survey that justified it.
Administrator, inspector, reader; each account sees only the sites that concern it.
Every creation, change and deletion is logged — who, what, when, before / after.
Archived sites and cancelled zones restore in one click. Nothing disappears by accident.
Designed for the Surface Pro: finger or pen on the drawing, photo and video without leaving the sheet.
A 45-minute demo on your own drawings: inspection, ratings, recommendations, capital plan. No strings attached.
