SIIO builds STONOS: a complete rewrite of the inspection module that has served our clients for over ten years, extended into end-to-end asset management.
Our mission
An asset portfolio is managed with facts: a dated condition rating, an explicit criticality, an estimated cost, a deadline. STONOS puts those four things in the same database — from the field survey to the capital plan presented to the board — so maintenance budgets are defended with data rather than impressions.
From the Inspection module to STONOS
The first generation annotated drawings and produced inspection sheets. STONOS keeps that legacy — your sites, zones, media and reports import as they are — and adds what was missing: assets above the zones, condition ratings, costed recommendations, projects, a ten-year capital plan and a portal for the people who decide.
