- Information we collect
- When you fill out the demo request form, we collect the information you provide: name, organization, email, phone (optional), portfolio size and message. This website sets no advertising tracking cookies.
- The data managed in STONOS
- This policy covers the website. Inspection and asset data entered in the STONOS software belongs to your organization: it lives on your inspectors’ devices and on your instance’s synchronization server. SIIO accesses it only at your request, for technical support or a migration.
- Why we use it
- This information is used only to answer your request, schedule a demo and communicate with you about STONOS. We never sell or trade it.
- Retention
- We keep your information for as long as needed to process your request and for reasonable business follow-up, then delete or anonymize it.
- Your rights
- Under Law 25, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Contact us to exercise these rights.
